No credit card required! You can explore Insight IQ with our 14-day free trial. You'll only need to add payment information when you're ready to subscribe to a paid plan.

Initial setup takes about 5-10 minutes. Connect your Shopify store (2 mins), link your ad platforms (3-5 mins), and generate your first insights (1-2 mins). Check out our demo video for a walkthrough.

Go to the Integrations page and click "Connect Shopify." You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize the connection. We only request read-only access to your orders, products, and customers data - we never make changes to your store.

Currently, we support Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads. We're working on adding Amazon Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads soon.

You can still use Insight IQ with just your Shopify data! Our AI will analyze your sales, products, and customer trends. However, connecting ad platforms provides deeper insights into your marketing ROI and campaign performance.

Yes, you can disconnect any integration at any time from the Integrations page. Your historical data and insights will remain available, but new data won't sync until you reconnect.

Insights require data from your connected platforms. Make sure: (1) You've connected at least your Shopify store, (2) You have order/sales data in the selected time window, and (3) You've clicked "Generate Insights." If you just connected your store, try selecting a time window that includes your existing sales data.

From your dashboard, select a time window (Starter: 7, 14 & 30 days · Professional: 7, 14, 30 & 60 days · Enterprise: 7–90 days), then click "Generate AI Insights." Our AI will analyze your data and provide actionable recommendations in 30-60 seconds.

No! Once you generate insights for a specific time window, they're cached and you can view them unlimited times without using additional credits. Only generating NEW insights consumes credits.

Starter: 50 AI-powered ad audits/month · Professional: 200 AI-powered ad audits/month · Enterprise: Unlimited. Each time you click "Generate AI Insights" counts as one generation, regardless of how many individual insights are returned.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from the Subscription page. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We offer monthly and annual billing. Save 17% with annual plans (2 months free). You can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime from the Subscription page.

Go to the Subscription page and click "Cancel Subscription." Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then you'll be moved to a free account with limited features.

Absolutely! If you've canceled but your billing period hasn't ended yet, you can reactivate from the Subscription page. If your subscription has already expired, simply subscribe to a new plan.

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can test all features risk-free. Once you subscribe, we don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

You can still access cached insights from time windows you've already generated. To generate new insights, either wait until your monthly limit resets or upgrade to a higher plan.

Yes. We use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission, and your data is stored securely on MongoDB Atlas with AES-256 encryption at rest. We never sell or share your data with third parties. We only request read-only access to your platforms.

Your data is securely stored on MongoDB Atlas servers in the United States, with automatic backups and enterprise-grade security.

PDF and CSV export features are coming soon! Currently, you can copy insights directly from the dashboard. Enterprise customers can request custom export solutions - contact support@insight-iq.ai.
