About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer at InsightIQ, you'll partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process. You'll run product demos, answer technical questions, and help prospects understand how InsightIQ integrates with their existing ad platforms and Shopify setup.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery and product demos
  • Understand prospect technical environments and map InsightIQ to their needs
  • Answer detailed questions about integrations, data flow, and platform capabilities
  • Build custom demo environments and proof-of-concept setups
  • Create technical documentation and sales enablement materials
  • Relay product feedback from prospects to the engineering and product teams

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales experience
  • Strong understanding of APIs, OAuth integrations, and data pipelines
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with SaaS products and B2B sales cycles
  • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders from individual contributors to executives
  • Problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of sales and engineering

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • Familiarity with ad platform APIs (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
  • Background in analytics or business intelligence tools
  • Hands-on coding experience (JavaScript/Node.js is a plus)
