Data Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst to help us understand our customers, improve our product, and enhance the quality of insights we deliver. You'll analyze user behavior, ad performance patterns, and product metrics to drive decisions across the company.

What You'll Do

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports for internal decision-making
• Evaluate the accuracy and usefulness of AI-generated insights
• Research industry benchmarks for e-commerce ad performance
• Support the data science team with exploratory data analysis
• Present findings and recommendations to the team

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of data analysis experience
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
• Experience with product analytics and user behavior analysis
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for data quality

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce or digital marketing data
• Familiarity with MongoDB or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of ad platform metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
• Experience with PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics tools
