About the Role

As our Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for InsightIQ customers after they sign up. Your goal: help them get value from the platform as quickly as possible and make sure they stick around. You'll directly impact retention and expansion revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through platform setup
  • Proactively monitor customer health and intervene before churn
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with key accounts
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback for the product team
  • Create help documentation, tutorials, and onboarding resources
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • Experience with analytics, adtech, or e-commerce products
  • Empathetic, patient, and genuinely interested in helping customers succeed
  • Comfortable using data to identify trends and tell stories
  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting e-commerce merchants or Shopify users
  • Familiarity with digital advertising concepts (ROAS, CPA, attribution)
  • Technical aptitude — ability to troubleshoot basic integration issues
  • Previous startup experience
